13.16.090 - Length—By zoning district. (A) In the R-1, RPD and R-MH Zoning Districts, the maximum depressed curb cut length shall be eighteen feet and shall be located in accordance with City Specifications or Drawings. (B) In all other residential zoning districts, the maximum depressed curb cut length shall not exceed twenty-five feet and shall be located in accordance with City Specifications or Drawings. (C) In nonresidential zoning districts, the maximum depressed curb cut length shall be thirty-two feet and shall be located in accordance with City Specifications and Drawings.
