SEC. 28-127. AUTHORITY TO REMOVE ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES. The director of convention and event services shall cause to have removed to the city pound any vehicle stopped, standing, or parked in violation of this division within the parking facility where signs have been erected, or any vehicle stopped, standing, or parked within the parking facility for a period exceeding 24 hours. The owner of the vehicle may redeem the vehicle in the same manner as vehicles impounded under other provisions of this code. (Ord. Nos. 14584; 17226; 22026; 23694; 24053)
