in effect18.18.290 - Temporary exemption permit requests.
A temporary exemption permit request shall be subject to the approval of the director. Such request shall contain the following information:
A. Specific code exemption(s) requested;
B. Duration of requested exemption(s);
C. Proposed location on premises of the proposed light fixture(s);
D. Purpose of proposed lighting;
E. Information for each luminaire and lamp combination as required in Section 18.18.190;
F. Previous temporary exemptions, if any, and addresses of premises thereunder; and
G. Such other data and information as may be required by the director.
