6.08.260 - Review of financial statements. In connection with the administration of the franchising provisions of this Chapter, the Franchise Officer shall review, or cause to be reviewed, the annual financial statements submitted by a franchisee pursuant to this Chapter for compliance with the standards and requirements set forth in this Chapter.
