Sec. 40-115. - Penalty. Each person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided by section 1-6 of this Code. Each day in which this article is violated shall be considered a separate offense. (Code 1968, § 41-115; Ord. No. 92-1449, § 56, 11-4-92)
