§ 56-220. - Carriage operations. (a) The operator of an animal-drawn carriage shall not make left turns on a public street except at traffic signals with protected left turns or from separate left turn lanes. (b) The operator of an animal-drawn carriage shall not drive the carriage in the same lane or on the same side of the street as any street-car rails. The operator may cross over street-car rails at an intersection so long as the wheels of the carriage are perpendicular to the rails. (Ord. No. 26041, § 1, 11-6-18)
