Sec. 150.201. - Responsibility. Responsibility for the administration and enforcement of this Chapter is vested in the Sheriff. The Building Inspection Division is responsible for inspection of licensed premises and premises applying for a license in order to pass upon the construction and physical configuration of the premises involved. The Chief, Fire Prevention is responsible for inspection of licensed premises and premises applying for a license to ascertain compliance with the Fire Prevention Code. The Public Health Unit is responsible for inspection of licensed premises applying for a license to ascertain compliance with the Health Code and applicable State laws and regulations.
