SEC. 50-148. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. (a) A person commits an offense if the person acts, operates, or conducts business as a credit services organization or credit access business without a valid certificate of registration. A certificate of registration is required for each physically separate credit services organization and credit access business. (b) A person operating a business as both a credit services organization and a credit access business at the same location may obtain one certificate of registration for both per location. (Ord.
