5.64.040 - Product not available. No person, firm, partnership, association, trustee, receiver, corporation, or assignee for the benefit of creditors, who owns, operates, manages, leases or rents a place of business in the City at which gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel is sold to the public shall advertise by means of any sign or similar advertising medium, the price of any grade of gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel which is not immediately available to be sold or dispensed to the public at said place of business, at said advertised price.
