(a) The greater of two bicycle parking spaces per building site or one bicycle parking space per 20 provided off-street parking spaces is required. Required bicycle parking may include short-term and long-term bicycle parking.
(b) No more than 30 bicycle parking spaces are required on any building site.
(c) For every 10 bicycle parking spaces, or portion of 10 bicycle parking spaces, provided on a building site, a minimum of two bicycle parking spaces must be available for use by guests or visitors.
(d) In determining the required number of bicycle parking spaces, fractional spaces are counted to the nearest whole number, with one half counted as an additional space. (Ord. Nos. 29128; 33112)
