Sec. 17-17. - Standards, rules and regulations. The board shall adopt, and from time to time amend, standards, rules, and regulations for the implementation of the licensing and operation of emergency and nonemergency medical vehicles and services and for requirements pertaining to emergency medical technicians and nonemergency medical vehicle operators.
