79-5.5. Unauthorized Removal of Contents of Waste Containers. 1. No person shall remove any material from a waste container that has been furnished by the city for the collection of solid waste. This prohibition applies to portable and nonportable containers. 2. This section does not apply to employees and agents of the city in the performance of their duties or to materials that are removed by the person who deposited them.
