Section 12.02. - Elections. The clerk of the circuit and county court, the states attorney and the public defender shall be elected under the provisions of general law. The judges of the county court of Duval County shall be elected in nonpartisan elections under the provisions of general law applying to the nonpartisan election of judicial officers.
