Sec. 22-18. - Stage facility user fees. The parks and recreation department is hereby authorized to charge the stage facility user fees set by the following schedule: (1) Showmobile and stagemobile, per eight (8) hours, plus $50.00 for each hour over eight (8) .....$650.00 (2) Reserved. .....
