§ 4-14-5 - APPEAL OF REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT. (A) An owner required to register as described in Section 4-14-4 (Registration) may appeal the requirement to register to the code official. (B) The appeal must be in writing and filed within 10 days from the date the notice required in Section 4-14-4(B) (Registration) is mailed. (C) An appeal must contain a brief statement of the facts that support the appeal and the reasons why registration should not be required.
