14.24.090 - Airline equipment charges. Commercial air carriers shall pay amounts sufficient to amortize their appropriate share of the cost of equipment and tenant finishes financed by the city, including applicable maintenance and operating expenses. city shall invoice commercial air carriers for such charges.
