Sec. 6-256. - Inspection. An applicant or any individual identified in the application under section 6-253(b)(8) or (9) shall permit representatives of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department to inspect the dancehall premises for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this article prior to the issuance of a permit under this article.
