1119.09 - Legal Action. No person shall fail to comply with any Rule or Regulation adopted by the Director of Columbus Water & Power pursuant to this chapter. Whenever a person has violated any provision(s) of this chapter, the City may seek any and all remedies otherwise allowed by law, including, but not limited to, disconnection of service, seeking injunctive relief against said person, and/or a civil action for damages.
