§ 25-9-226 - EMERGENCY OUT-OF-DISTRICT SERVICE. (A) To prevent or alleviate a danger to the public health and safety, the city manager may approve a request that a water district provide water or wastewater utility service to a site outside of the boundary of the water district. (B) The council shall review a request made under Subsection (A) during the first regular Thursday meeting of the council that is held after the city manager approves the request.
