§131.0203 Purpose of the OC (Open Space--Conservation) Zone The purpose of the OC zone is to protect natural and cultural resources and environmentally sensitive lands. It is intended that the uses permitted in this zone be limited to aid in the preservation of the natural character of the land, thereby implementing land use plans. (Added 12-9-1997 by O-18451 N.S.; effective 1-1-2000.)
