Sec. 33-393. - Duties and responsibilities of city departments and offices. The directors of city departments, including but not limited to Houston Public Works, the parks and recreation department, the Houston Health Department, the police department, and the fire department, shall each designate a liaison to coordinate with the director regarding implementation and maintenance of the BMP and, when applicable, review and make recommendations to the director on proposed amendments to the BMP prior to commission consideration.
