Sec. 742-102. - Applicability. A. All properties shown within each Primary Zoning District on the Official Zoning Map are subject to the standards and provisions of this Article I, applicable to that Primary Zoning District. In addition, property within each Primary Zoning District listed in this Article I, must comply with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, including without limitation the performance standards in Chapter 740, Article IV, the uses and use-specific standards in Chapter 743, and the development standards in Chapter 744, unless a specific exception is set forth in the Zoning Ordinance. B. In accordance with IC 36-7-4-701, this Section 742-102 confirms that compliance with the subdivision regulations in Chapter 741 is required for all properties in all Primary Zoning Districts in the Indianapolis-Marion County except all UQ-1, HD-1 and PK-1 Development Plan Districts.
