Sec. 15-82. - Maintenance standards in general. Every person who owns, manages or conducts any hotel in the city shall at all times keep and maintain the same, and each and every room, apartment or place and all fixtures, furniture, bedding and other things used in connection with such business in a thoroughly clean and sanitary condition. Each such hotel and any person engaged in conducting the same, shall, in addition to these special provisions, be subject to all provisions of chapter 13. (Code 1950, § 29-2; Code 1959, § 18-60)
