Sec. 361-404. - Municipal bus stops, shelters and stations. All municipal bus stops, shelters or stations shall be equipped with litter receptacles in compliance with this article and the regulations issued pursuant to section 361-104. Receptacles shall be provided by the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation, or their successor. (G.O. 46, 2019, § 3)
