Sec. 10-106. - Acceptance constitutes obligation and contract. The acceptance by a licensee of a permit issued under this division shall constitute a binding obligation and contract on the licensee's part to abide by and comply with the terms of the permit and of this article. (Code 1968, § 10-106)
