Sec. 18-126. - Effect of transfer. When an officer or employee receiving PTO is appointed to a position in another city department or agency which is governed by the provisions of this article, his or her PTO credits shall be transferred into the new place of city employment provided that the entrance on duty in the new position immediately follows the separation from the former position.
