§ 38-162. - Prohibiting stocking, releasing, and planting in City-operated reservoirs and reservations and the close to home fishing waters. No person shall stock any fish, or release any bird or other animal, or plant any aquatic vegetation in any City-operated reservoir, City-operated reservation, or close to home fishing waters, without the prior written consent of the Parks and Recreation Director.
