Sec. 32-65. - Same—Sidewalk and driveway. (a) The amount of the annual license fee for laying, constructing or reconstructing sidewalks or driveways in the public right-of-way shall be determined by the manager of transportation and infrastructure. Applications for licenses under division 7 of article XVII of chapter 49 shall be made in accordance with the general licensing provisions of article I of this chapter and shall be accompanied by an application fee in an amount determined by the manager of transportation and infrastructure; provided, however, that no application fee shall be required on application for renewal of an existing license. (b) The provisions of this section shall not apply to persons exempted from the licensing requirement in section 49-646. (Ord. No. 88-81, § 1, 3-9-81; Ord. No. 39-20, § 63, 2-3-20)
