Except as provided in LVMC 11.52.030, when signs are erected or the adjacent curbing or edge of road is painted giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule 17-IIIa, except for those vehicles which are specifically permitted to park at those locations in accordance with the posted signage and the terms of Schedule 17-IIIa. Said Schedule is to be maintained for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk and the City Traffic Engineer, including such other additions, deletions, corrections or amendments that may be made to said Schedule by written finding of the City Traffic Engineer.
