40-2-4. Bonds of Employees. Before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, all employees in the Department of Revenue shall execute to the State of Alabama a bond, to be approved by the Governor, in amounts to be fixed by the Commissioner of Revenue, for the faithful performance of the duties of their offices.
