Sec. 26-491. - Fractional requirements. (a) If the parking space requirements of this article result in a fractional requirement that is 0.5 or greater, the applicant or responsible party shall provide parking spaces equal to the next higher whole number. (b) If the bicycle space requirements of this article result in a fractional requirement, the applicant or responsible party shall provide bicycle spaces equal to the next higher whole number. _____ (Ord.
