in effect6.04.160 - Fixed incremental semiannual license fee—Applicability.
Businesses within the following licensing categories shall pay an annual fixed incremental license fee based upon the following schedules:
Mobile home park, which is any person who offers an area or tract of land where two or more mobile homes or mobile home lots are sold, rented, leased owned or held out for that purpose. The annual license fee shall be calculated in accordance with the following schedule:
Number of Spaces | Fee (Dollars)
1 to 50 | 150.00
51 to 100 | 300.00
Over 100 | 300.00 plus 5.00 per space over 100
Parking lot. For the operation of a public or semipublic parking lot, the annual license fee shall be calculated in accordance with the following schedule:
Number of Vehicle Parking Spaces | Fee (Dollars)
1 to 50 | 150.00
Over 50 | 200.00
