§ 32-150. - Notice and reports to police. The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident resulting in injury to or death of any person or property damage to an apparent extent of $300.00 or more shall: (1) immediately give notice of the accident to the Police Department. (2) within ten days after the accident, forward a written report of the accident to the Police Department or a copy of the report required by the state. This report shall not be required if the accident is investigated at the scene by a Police Officer while the driver was present. (Code 1970, § 34-277; Code 1980, § 32-150)
