Sec. 47-437. - Term; renewal. A transporter permit shall expire on January 31 of the year following the calendar year during which it was issued. A temporary transporter permit shall expire on the date specified on the registration certificate. A transporter may not be issued more than three one-month permits during any permit year. (Ord.
