in effectSec. 16-952. - Appeals.
If the director denies issuance or renewal of a permit or suspends or revokes a permit issued under this article, the action is final unless the permit holder files a written appeal within ten (10) business days to the director, or his designee. Appeals regarding technical matters will be reviewed by the building related and fire codes appeals and advisory board or other appropriately identified board or committee.
