Sec. 5.90.1060. - Modification. In the event the Cable Operator shall seek to have the existing franchise modified, Section 625 of the Cable Act shall govern the procedure for the modification request unless the City and the Cable Operator shall otherwise agree. (Ord. No. 5565, § 1, 4-21-04)
