Sec. 931-204. - Investigation by division of construction and business services. Prior to the approval or renewal of a registration under this article, the division of construction and business services may investigate whether the commercial parking facility is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and other applicable ordinances and statutes, and report its findings to the license administrator.
