Sec. 692.209. - License non-transferable. A license issued under this Chapter shall be nontransferable from one operator or lessor to another. This prohibition shall not be construed to prevent an operator or lessor from changing his name, but an amendment to the application for the license shall be filed with the Sheriff, as provided in Section 692.208.
