Sec. 9-5. - Airport zoning. Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this Code shall be deemed to affect the validity of any ordinance relating to airport zoning, establishing an airport zoning commission, or designating any airport hazard area for zoning purposes, and all such ordinances are hereby recognized as continuing in full force and effect.
