Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-311

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(1) Association means the Lake Atoka Reservation Association.
(2) Atoka Reservoir-Reservation means and includes the public water supply reservoir known as Lake Atoka, its associated dam and spillway section and all land and property owned by the City and the Oklahoma Municipal Improvement Authority immediately surrounding and adjacent thereto.
(3) Chief Ranger means the Chief of Police for the City of Atoka or his designees.
(4) General manager means the General Manager of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation.
(5) Oklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act refers to that act codified in 63 O.S. § 4201 et seq., as now or hereafter amended.
