SEC. 88.05.1. PERSONAL PARKING METERS - HOURS OF OPERATION. (Added by Ord. No. 170,019, Eff. 10/21/94.) The hours of operation for the use of personal parking meters, when permitted, in commercial loading zones, time limit zones and no parking zones, shall be 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sunday. Such devices do not exempt vehicles from “No Stopping” restrictions.
