Sec. 11-70-2. - Licenses. No person shall engage in the business of providing booting services, neither installing nor removing, within the City of Memphis without first obtaining and keeping in force a booting and ticketing license issued by the permits office. An applicant for a booting and ticketing License must be at least 18 years of age. (Ord. No. 5679, § 41.5-2, 3-6-2018)
