2.94.130 - Disqualification from contracting. Any person and/or entity who knowingly or intentionally violates the provisions in Section 2.94.090 of this Code, with respect to the solicitation or award of a discretionary contract may be prohibited by the city council from entering into any contract with the city for a period of three years.
