in effect12.56.070 - Applicability of proceeds.
A. Revenue collected under this section from parking meters may be used for any lawful purpose.
B. The coins deposited in parking meters shall be collected by the duly authorized agents of the International Bridges Director. It shall be the duty of such persons so designated to collect the coins as deposited in the meters and deliver such coins in a sealed or locked container to a bank for deposit to the account of the city. The city comptroller shall receive an accounting of such deposits daily.
