Sec. 441-401. - Responsibility for installation, maintenance of devices. It shall be the responsibility of the department of public works of the consolidated city to install, erect and maintain all traffic-control devices of any nature which may at any time be needed in order to inform motorists, pedestrians and the general public of any rules of motor vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic established, pursuant to this article.
