380.1218. Assessment, levy, and collection of school taxes; budgets; provisions governing school districts. Sec. 1218. (1) School taxes shall be assessed, levied, and collected in the manner provided in Act No. 206 of the Public Acts of 1893, as amended, being sections 211.1 to 211.157 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
