Denver Revised Municipal Code § 49-606 Required.

Sec. 49-606. - Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of constructing bridges, viaducts, public buildings and any and all other public and private structures except as provided in and authorized by this division and without first having obtained a license from the manager of licensing and consumer protection so to do; provided, however, that a general contractor licensed under division 2 of this article shall not be required to be licensed as a structural contractor. Denver Revised Municipal Code § 49-607 Fees.

Sec. 49-607. - Fees. Application and license fees under this division are prescribed in section 32-61. (Code 1950, §§ 339A.2, 339A.3)

Denver Revised Municipal Code § 49-608 Bond.

Sec. 49-608. - Bond. A bond shall be required under this division with some reliable surety company to be approved by the manager of transportation and infrastructure in the sum of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), which bond shall be conditioned to comply with all requirements, specifications and instructions of the manager of transportation and infrastructure and all of the requirements of the Code and ordinances of the city, pertaining to the construction of bridges, viaducts, public buildings and any and all public and private structures, including the payment of all fees, penalties or cost of repairs.
