Sec. 32-64. - Sanitary bags, sacks required. All burlap bags, sacks, cloth or any other fabric, when used while wet to protect produce by persons utilizing the Farmers Market, must be thoroughly laundered and cleaned before being used for such purpose. The decision of the director as to the cleanliness of such fabric shall be final, and when he has determined that a fabric is too dirty for use on produce, the owner thereof must have such fabric laundered and cleaned before he shall be authorized to use the fabric.
