Sec. 18-379. - Payment by city to contribution fund. The city treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment to the contribution fund, established by Chapter 237 of the 1951 Session Laws of Colorado, of all taxes collected from employees and officers of the city and all excise taxes levied upon the city as an employer under section 1410 of the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (26 U.S.C.A., section 1410), the portion to be paid by the city to be paid from such resources as may be designated by ordinance from time to time.
