San Antonio City Code § 2-501 Radio system fees.

Sec. 2-501. - Radio system fees. The following fees [are imposed] for third party outside agencies. For purposes of this section, outside agencies shall be any entity using the public safety radio system other than the city or the County of Bexar. (1) Autonomous public safety dispatch access for third party outside agencies as follows. Monthly subscriber fee, per radio .....$21.00 Monthly hardware recovery fee, per radio .....$1.00 Explanation: Used by third party outside agencies, that maintain their own autonomous PSAP/Dispatch Center. Access to the Simulcast System provided. Access to level one (1) sites contingent on demonstrated and justifiable public safety requirement. Radio operating procedures must be approved by the JOC and conform to standards used by city and/or county primary user agencies. (2) Autonomous local government dispatch access for third party outside agencies as follows: Monthly subscriber fee, per radio .....$21.00 Monthly hardware recovery fee, per radio .....$1.00 Explanation: Used by third party outside agencies that desire to use the radio system to support internal, autonomous local government (public works, animal control, etc.) operations. Access to the Simulcast System provided. Access to level one (1) sites contingent on demonstrated and justifiable operational requirements and agency business plan. Radio operating procedures must be approved by the JOC and conform to standards used by city and/or county primary user agencies. (3) Sponsored public safety dispatch access for third party outside agencies as follows: Monthly subscriber fee, per radio .....$21.00 Monthly hardware recovery fee, per radio .....$1.00 Explanation: Used by third party outside agencies that do not have their own dispatch operations and rely on a sponsoring agency to provide dispatch services. Dispatch services may include operational dispatching of response units and/or requesting criminal justice information. Access to the simulcast system and level one (1) sites provided. Radio operating procedures conform to standards used by the sponsoring agency. Third party outside agencies use primary dispatch groups and do not normally have access to dedicated groups. One (1) dedicated group to support internal tactical/special operations may be requested. Interoperability hailing groups and common groups provided. (Ord. No. 99748, § 2, 9-16-04; Ord. San Antonio City Code § 2-502 PEG studio and equipment fees.

Sec. 2-502. - PEG studio and equipment fees. The following fees are in connection with the use of the City of San Antonio Public Education and Government Access Studios and equipment and only apply to: (a) PEG producers that would like advanced equipment training and workshops; (b) San Antonio residents, students and local organizations (commercial and nonprofit) that would like to use SA-CAN studios and equipment and do not want to air programs on the SA-CAN channels; (c) non-San Antonio residents, students and organizations (commercial and nonprofit) that would like to use SA-CAN studios and equipment and do not want to air programs on the SA-CAN channels. (1) Fees for training class rates per class. Fees in connection with the use of the city public education and government access studios for training apply on a per class basis, and include location shooting, lighting and audio; editing; and studio workshop and are as follows: Introduction Course 1 hour .....Free Shooting/Lighting Audio 2 hours Per class .....$125.00 Editing 2 hours Per class .....$125.00 Studio Workshop 4 hours Per class .....$175.00 (2) Fees for space rental rates per hour.* Fees in connection with the use of the city public education and government access studios per hour, with space rental including rental of studio and edit bay per space, are as follows: Fees for Non-PEG Producers Facility Rates Studio Space Per Hour Student Producer (with valid school ID) .....$50.00 Non-Profit Producer .....100.00 General Producer .....110.00 Commercial Producer .....150.00 Edit Bays Student Producer (with valid school ID) .....$30.00 General Producer .....80.00 Non-Profit Producer .....90.00 Commercial Producer .....150.00 * The above rates apply to rentals during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For rentals beyond these hours of operation, an additional twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour fee will be assessed to the applicable rates above. (3) Fees for equipment rental rates per day. San Antonio City Code § 2-504 Fee for economic analysis review studies requested by outside agencies.

Sec. 2-504. - Fee for economic analysis review studies requested by outside agencies. There is hereby approved a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour to be charged by the economic development department for all economic analysis studies performed by city personnel for outside agencies. San Antonio City Code § 2-505 Conduit issuance due diligence fee.

Sec. 2-505. - Conduit issuance due diligence fee. The conduit issuance due diligence fee to be charged by and payable to the finance department in connection with city council consideration and approval of each conduit issuance transaction is hereby revised as follows: (1) For a conduit issuance issued by a public facilities corporation, educational facilities corporation, or similar entity created by the City of San Antonio, the due diligence fee shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per transaction. (2) For a conduit issuance issued by an issuer not created by the City of San Antonio, the due diligence fee shall be 0.1% with no maximum fee and a base fee of ten thouand dollars ($10,000.00).
